Tuition & Fees (Per Student)

• Camp Tuition:

  • $400 per week (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Mon–Fri)

  • Pick up by 3:30 PM. If a child is picked up after 3:30 PM, a late fee of $3 per minute will be charged.

• Early Drop-Off (8:30–9:00 AM):

  • Included, no extra charge

• Extended Care (Optional):

  • $100 per week for 3:30–5:30 PM

  • If a child is picked up after 5:30 PM, a late fee of $3 per minute will be charged.

• Maximum Enrollment:

  • 36 students in total

  • We recommend early registration to secure a spot

Each session is one week long. Families may register for one or multiple weeks.

Cancellation Policy: 

Refunds for cancellations will be issued as credits and may be applied to other sessions within the Summer Mandarin Camp program.

​Consent for Participation:

I understand and acknowledge that participation in Evergreen Mingyuan School, including all its activities and the use of its facilities and equipment, can result in injuries, harm or loss. I authorize the child named in this registration to participate in all activities both in the classroom and activities. On my own behalf and on behalf of the child named in this registration, I assume the risks of participation and hereby waive and release all claims against Evergreen Mingyuan School (including its directors, staff, and agents) that may arise from injuries, harm or loss resulting from participation in the classes and activities, to the fullest extent allowed under Washington law.

 

Media Release:

I understand that my child may be photographed during classes and activities. Photos may be made available to all families and photos may be used in promotional materials. I agree that a designee of Evergreen Mingyuan School can take and use photos of the child named in this registration during classes and activities without compensational obligation, and I hereby release Evergreen Mingyuan School from any claims or liability resulting from their use of photos.

 

​Medical Release:

In the event of serious illness or injury to my child, I expressly consent to the administration of emergency medical care, if in the opinion of attending medical personnel, such action is advisable. Further, I authorize the staff and agents of Evergreen Mingyuan School to act on my behalf as parent/guardian of my child while participating in classes or activities including the admittance to and release from a medical facility. I acknowledge that the costs of any medical treatment provided to the child named in this registration that are not covered by medical insurance will be my sole responsibility.
